As the Branch Manager at Private Advertiser, you will be responsible for leading a team of 10-15 employees, ensuring that all stores in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung meet and exceed performance targets. You will work closely with the regional manager to implement strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth. This role requires a proactive leader with a strong background in retail management and a proven track record of success in similar positions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of retail stores, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales performance.
• Manage a team of 10-15 employees, providing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills.
• Implement and monitor inventory management systems using tools like SAP or Oracle.
• Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with the regional manager to align store operations with company-wide goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with staff and customers.
• Proficiency in using retail management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior in Bali.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in retail management or a related field is a plus.
