📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of vessels, ensuring safe and efficient voyage execution.
• Monitor vessel performance using Fleet Management System (FMS) and Voyage Management System (VMS).
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize costs and improve profitability.
• Coordinate with port authorities, ship agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain vessel safety and efficiency.
• Manage and mentor a team of vessel operations personnel.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on vessel performance and operational metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Naval Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in maritime operations, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Certified as a Master Mariner or hold a relevant maritime certification.
• Proficient in using Fleet Management System (FMS) and Voyage Management System (VMS).
• Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proven track record of cost optimization and operational efficiency.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
