As a Collections & Reminders Specialist at Harapan Fintech Indonesia, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a healthy cash flow for our clients. You will use our in-house collection system, Harapan Collections Manager, to track and manage outstanding payments. Your daily tasks will include sending reminders, following up on overdue payments, and working closely with our clients to resolve any issues. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and track outstanding payments using Harapan Collections Manager.
• Send reminders and follow up on overdue payments.
• Resolve customer issues and disputes related to payments.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure timely payments and maintain a healthy cash flow.
• Generate and analyze reports on collections and reminders.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collections activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in the fintech industry and best practices in collections and reminders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in collections and reminders, preferably in the fintech industry.
• Strong knowledge of collections and reminders processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using Harapan Collections Manager and other relevant software tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and fintech industry trends.
