📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of AI engineers and data scientists, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Oversee the development and implementation of AI solutions, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and data science, and incorporate new technologies into our projects.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to showcase the value of our AI solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our AI development processes and methodologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in AI and machine learning.
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing AI projects.
• Strong programming skills in Python, with experience using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, data preprocessing, and model evaluation techniques.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a team.
• Certifications such as AWS Certified Machine Learning - Specialty or Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer are a plus.
