Code Express Nusantara is looking for a dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and excellent management skills. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage our restaurant from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Maintain food and beverage inventory, and ensure proper ordering and storage.,Monitor and control restaurant costs, including labor, food, and supplies.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage a team and motivate staff.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of food and beverage regulations and standards.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
