📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of store managers and staff to achieve sales targets.,Implement and monitor retail strategies to drive sales growth.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels.,Develop and implement training programs for store staff.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.,Proven experience in leading and managing a team.,Strong understanding of retail operations and sales strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences in Bali.
