📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion,Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards,Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success,Inspect and approve construction work to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards,Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports,Mentor and train junior engineers and staff,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a proven track record of success,Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant design software,Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes and regulations,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed
