📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate and interpret orders, instructions, and feedback between Mandarin-speaking guests and English-speaking kitchen staff.
• Ensure accurate and timely communication to prevent delays and misunderstandings in food preparation.
• Assist in training kitchen staff on basic Mandarin phrases to improve communication efficiency.
• Monitor kitchen operations to identify any communication issues and provide solutions.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support efficient kitchen operations.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with the kitchen manager to improve communication protocols and processes.
• Provide exceptional customer service to Mandarin-speaking guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience in translation, interpretation, or hospitality industry is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of culinary terminology and processes is a plus.
• Must be available to work full-time, including weekends and holidays.
