📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in managing daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales tracking.
  • Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized to meet customer demands.
  • Train and develop junior staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve productivity.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in store promotions and marketing activities to drive sales.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Collaborate with the store manager and other team members to achieve store goals.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other retail management software.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and team-oriented.
