Makmur Sari Electronics is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staff Accounting to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial records, and providing support to the finance team. This is a hybrid position, offering a flexible work environment that combines the benefits of remote work with in-office collaboration.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.,Monitor and reconcile bank accounts and financial statements.,Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.,Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide accounting support to various departments as needed.,Maintain and update accounting software and systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or related roles.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and accounting principles.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
