📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment and selection processes,Handle employee onboarding and offboarding,Maintain and update employee records,Facilitate employee training and development,Manage employee benefits and compensation,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in HR roles,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with HR software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
