In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, training, and employee relations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Coordinate employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.,Assist in the implementation of company policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.,Assist in the planning and execution of HR strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Valid HR certification is a plus.
