📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
• Manage employee records, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
• Organize and facilitate team-building activities and workshops to enhance workplace culture.
• Assist in the development and implementation of administrative systems and processes.
• Monitor and report on HR metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR and general affairs.
• Support the company's sustainability initiatives and environmental policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and general affairs, preferably in a dynamic work environment.
• Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
