Moon Link Abadi is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and available for our operations. This is a crucial position that requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a strong customer service orientation.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, including scheduling regular maintenance and repairs.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient use of vehicles.,Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption to optimize costs and efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Handle vehicle booking and scheduling for company events and projects.,Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify and address any issues.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
