📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.,Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and increase sales.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and operational metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Understanding of local market dynamics and consumer behavior.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
