📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the lead nurse in providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Perform routine nursing tasks such as taking patient histories, collecting specimens, and maintaining patient records.,Support the lead nurse in educating patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the healthcare unit.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and healthcare policies.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of medications and supplies as needed.,Monitor and report any changes in patient conditions to the lead nurse and other healthcare providers.,Ensure the healthcare unit is clean, organized, and compliant with healthcare regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Diploma in Nursing or equivalent qualification.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Nurse in a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using English for communication and documentation.,Valid certification and registration as a Nurse in Indonesia.,Experience in working with diverse patient populations is a plus.
