📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process and manage customer orders using SAP systems,Ensure accurate and timely order entry and processing,Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to resolve order-related issues,Maintain and update customer and order information in the SAP system,Generate and analyze order reports to identify trends and improve processes,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment,Provide training and support to junior staff on SAP order processing procedures,Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field,Proven experience in SAP order processing or a similar role,Strong knowledge of SAP modules, particularly SD (Sales and Distribution),Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques,Fluency in English, both written and spoken,Previous experience working in a remote or hybrid environment is a plus
