📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, including cakes, cookies, and breads.,Create and maintain recipes to ensure consistent quality and taste.,Decorate pastries to meet customer specifications and design requirements.,Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients to ensure smooth operations.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the bakery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of creating high-quality pastries.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.,Creative and innovative approach to pastry design.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
