📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning and execution of MICE and Leisure Groups events, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with local vendors and service providers to secure the best deals and services for our clients.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Manage budgets and ensure that all events are executed within the agreed-upon budget.
• Monitor and report on event performance, providing valuable insights to improve future events.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in the travel and tourism industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning and management, preferably in the MICE or Leisure Groups industry.
• Proven track record of successfully planning and executing high-profile events.
• Strong knowledge of event management software such as Cvent, Eventbrite, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of local languages such as Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for the travel industry.
