As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our products and services. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work from the office and from home. If you are passionate about writing and have a strong technical background, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of documentation,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity and consistency,Develop and maintain style guides and templates for technical documentation,Assist in the development of training materials and user guides,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives,Provide technical writing support to other teams as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Experience with API documentation or software development documentation,Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
