📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, performance reviews, and training records.,Handle employee relations, including addressing grievances, conducting performance appraisals, and providing feedback.,Coordinate employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Support the HR Manager in managing payroll and other administrative tasks.,Conduct orientation and onboarding for new employees.,Maintain a positive and professional work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.,Proficiency in using HR software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
