As a Barista at Calf Coffee and Milkbar, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, preparing and serving a variety of specialty coffees and beverages. You’ll work closely with our team to ensure that every cup of coffee is made with precision and care. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffees, including espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and cold brews.
• Operate and maintain our coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers and addressing their needs with a smile.
• Stay updated on the latest coffee trends and techniques, and incorporate new methods into our daily operations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the café.
• Adhere to the café's policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all staff and customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in a coffee shop or café.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques, including espresso, pour-over, and cold brew.
• Familiarity with coffee equipment and tools, such as espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and consistency in coffee preparation.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian language and English is a plus.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
