📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient store management.,Manage a team of staff, providing training, guidance, and motivation to achieve sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and implement effective stock management strategies.,Promote sales and marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement and loyalty.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Manage budgets and financial performance of the store.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
